Media Support

When visiting any page which offers streaming content, the content will open in a separate window so you may continue browsing our Web site while the media continues to play. You mal need to set your browser to allow pop-ups from www.marktbarclay.com. First, you will need to select your browser from the list below.

If you are using Internet Explorer:

  1. Go to the Tools menu.
  2. Select Pop-up Blocker. (If this isn't listed, you have a third-party popup blocker. See below.)
  3. Click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
  4. In the Pop-up Blocker Settings window, type marktbarclay.com as the "Address of Web site to allow" and click the Add button.
  5. Close the Pop-up Blocker Settings window and all Internet Explorer windows.

When you reopen Internet Explorer, you should be able to access the media player without receiving an error message. If not, you may have a third-party tool blocking pop-ups.

If you are using Firefox:

  1. On Windows, open the Options dialog under the Tools menu. On Macintosh, open the Preferences dialog under the Firefox menu.
  2. Click the Web Features icon on the left.
  3. Here you should see a check mark next to the option to block popup windows. Click the Allowed Sites button to the right of it.
  4. Type marktbarclay.com as the "address of web site," then click the Allow button
  5. Click OK in the Allowed Sites screen, then click OK again for the Options/Preferences screen.

If you are still not able to access the media player without receiving an error message, you may have a third-party tool blocking pop-ups.

If you are using Mozilla:

  1. Open the Preferences dialog under the browser’s Edit menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Privacy & Security category in the left column and expand it by clicking on the arrow.
  3. Click on the Popup Windows topic.
  4. Here you should see the an option selected to block unrequested pop-up windows.
  5. Click the Allowed Sites button to the right of it.
  6. In the Add field, add marktbarclay.com, and click the Add button.
  7. Click OK in the Allowed Sites screen, then click OK again for the Preferences screen.

If you are still not able to access the media player without receiving an error message, you may have a third-party tool blocking pop-ups.

If you are using Safari:

  1. Open the Safari menu.
  2. Here you should see the Block Pop-up Windows option checked. Click to uncheck.

If the option was not checked, or if you are still not able to access the media player, you may have a third-party tool blocking pop-ups.

Third-party pop-up blockers:

There are many third-party pop-up blockers that could be affecting your ability to access the media player. The basic steps are:

  1. Determine what pop-up blocker you are using.
  2. Find its list of allowed sites and add marktbarclay.com.
